I only work with those who agree to the terms listed in my t.o.s. If these terms are broken at any point, one will end up with getting blacklisted from any further business with me.
Neither Commissioner nor anyone else are allowed to edit, trace, copy or remove watermark of the finished product.

Commission rights

I have the right to post any commission i make on any of my socials, and use the images as commercial for my commissions.
I have the right to refuse ANY commission i am not comfortable with
Unless i am doing a custom design commission, i will need to be provided with a clear reference, or clear images of character to be drawn. I will deny your commission if i cannot properly discern your characters’ markings or design.
My artwork is not allowed to be used for NFTS

Process / payment details

My art is not first come first serve; i reserve the right to decline doing any commission i don't feel comfortable doing or if i don't feel like i can do the job, or for any other reason.
Full payment must be sent beforehand or at sketch approval; only via paypal invoices.
Refunds; Currently I will only be giving out refunds before/during the sketch approval. I won't be giving refunds after i have started the process of lining the piece, and further. (Read refund section for more info)
Updates; I will keep my commissioners updated through dms on preferred social; there i will send wips, update how far in the commission-process i am.

Commission process

Sketchstage: once i begin you commission i will send you a sketch when it is at its final stages. Once you approve the sketch, i will continue on with the commission, and there will be no changes made to the sketch further. If you want any changes it must be told before you approve of the sketch.
Liningstage: no changes to the lineart, will follow the approved sketch.
Coloringstage: i will be sending you the colored image for approval. I will do any necessary changes to the colors/markings/ background if told. After color approval i will not go back to do changes, unless it is a minor fix.
Shading/ finalizing stage: no changes will be made to the image once i start the shading.

Custom designs

Do not heavily edit any of my designs to the point where they are unrecognisable. Small changes such as a few markings, slight tonal changes, gender, name, hair, is allowed.
Do not claim my designs to be your own or resell as your own
Do not create heavily referenced characters based of my design
You are allowed to gift, trade or sell any designs made by me. However, you cannot sell for a higher price than what you paid for when commissioning the design from me, unless; you have art of said design that adds extra value.
You are not to make up rules surrounding any designs made by me. Example; “You cannot trade or gift this design to anyone else than me” or “If you don’t want the design anymore, you must sell/trade or gift it back to me”. I do not allow any strict rules as such.
You are to not delete the toyhouse which is created for the custom design. This is to keep track of who owns the design, all its art, and prevent the design from getting lost or misused. All my designs must be linked to a toyhouse.
